Ipex third and final day.
With this time much more cloudy weather than in previous days, forcing England, we returned for the last time at Ipex. Today the temperature was cooler. Several members of the gang went to Montreal to participate in a guided tour on Post-Press, that is to say, finishing, packaging, bending machines and other machines rotary cutting (Punch), perfect binding, etc.. Because it was the last day of the show, we took the opportunity to harvest tons of leaves impressions of different types, different finishes such as stamping or cold and hot autre.L atmosphere at Ipex was nicer, more relaxed as most representatives were there for 3 weeks and that for them this last day was certainly eagerly awaited. There were also fewer visitors means less traffic. Little info of the day, IPEX stretched over 11 exhibition halls, 1,000 companies represented, 40 countries, with companies Heidelberg, the printing titan, who was alone half of a hall or HP who shared his hall with Xerox, Horizon and other airlines. And best of all, 12 Quebecers very impressed by it all. For those wondering how does such an exhibition is very simple. Companies come to install their equipment one to two months before the exhibition opens. During the show, they display a variety of presentations, simulations and other small shows to demonstrate how their machines are effective and efficient. Every hour, several booths are staffed by professional broadcasters, background music. Being returned earlier, we planned our day tomorrow, our various visits and our day's route.
little message to the direction of college: We have prepared a list of brand new presses for Christmas!
