Big day ...
The flight went very well. Some managed to sleep, others read, listened to music or play films offered on the plane. We arrived at Charles de Gaulle to 10am and we were lucky because we have not had much waiting to pass the French customs. One of us did not have to wait ... a French-born. teachers went to rent the car and off we went. Traveled to Boulogne sur mer, we made a grocery store before taking the ferry to England. After spending a multitude of customs, we were able to take the ferry taking us to Folkestone, where our hotel for the night before hitting the road to get to our house for the week. The dodos are early for the majority.
