Bridgstone Dayton Timberline Mt

To start the day, we headed to Buckingham Palace to witness the changing of the guard. After waiting about an hour before the close royal, we were told there would be no ceremony today because it was a holiday. Thanks to the flag hanging above the palace, we knew that Queen Elizabeth II was present. Thereafter, we went for dinner in a park near the palace after making a walking in the direction of Big Ben where we saw the London Eye. This is a big wheel for London to see from the air. A walk along the riverside we did meet several buskers. We were also able to admire the impressive architecture of various buildings such as parliament and the national museum.

Then we went to St Paul's Cathedral by bus. The entry fee is, we were unfortunately unable to visit. By cons, we admired some of its interior and exterior.

After these visits, we split into small groups to explore the city. Some took the opportunity to shop while others chose to visit some tourist spots.

Back at the apartment, we spent a relaxing evening where movies and popcorn were appropriate.

Today we took a little longer to get up quietly and went to the Tower Bridge. By cons, we had to accommodate to the temperature typically British, which consists of rapid changes of sun and rain clouds.

Tower Bridge is the most famous bridge in London by its original architecture which consists of a lift bridge that crosses the Thames. After a short photo stop, we crossed the bridge to get to the castle on the other side where we attended a pageant. The exercise involved the training of troops armed with muskets and London arcs.

frugal After a short break, we went to the Swiss Tower, the 6th largest building in London. This building is located in the heart of business district and is also known as "The Gherkin" (The Gherkin) because of its shape. It is 180m high and has 41 floors. Its shape allows it to capture the wind and use it in its internal ventilation which reduces energy costs.

Then we split into two groups. The teachers left their side to visit the Cathedral of St. Paul, taste of fish and chips "and took the opportunity to take a tour of the famous London buses. Students headed to Camden to buy gifts and souvenirs.

After cleaning the house, we headed to the wonderful city Roman Bath. Due to heavy traffic, we have 4 hours instead of 1:45 to get there, all the rain. Once there, we ate in a park and then went to visit the famous Roman baths.

These baths were built on a natural source of hot water by the Romans around the 1st century, so that these baths were already known to local tribes. They consisted of an initial pool located directly above the source and redistribute the water to a bigger pool and other related basins. Over time, these basins have been forgotten and rediscovered centuries later. These baths were used for treatment of chronic diseases and was a Shrine dedicated to the goddess Minerva.

After this visit, we left for the direction of London, where we found our new apartment until Wednesday.

White Ball And Red Ball

We visited the Cathedral Worcester, where we could observe many tombs of important people. Most were buried for centuries. The architectural beauty of this cathedral is striking, with all its beautiful stained glass and its historical setting.

Then we went walking in the streets of Worcester to discover the landscape of this beautiful city.

little anecdote, the famous Worcestershire sauce is created by two local grocers and was commercialized in 1837.

For the dinner break, we headed towards the town of Great Malvern. We took lunch in a rest area in the center of the mountains or the scenery was magnificent. To enjoy the day, we decided to climb a mountain from 1395 feet high, which was an excellent cardiovascular workout. On top of this mountain, the scenery was breathtaking.

After descending, we hit the road for the city of Hereford. We 've enjoyed this little free time to shop and watch this city with many tourist attractions. Before leaving for home, we visited a second cathedral, equally splendid.

Visit in Stratford-Upon-Avon, for those who do not know what city we speak, this is the town of William Shakespeare. Arriving mid-morning, we took a bus (double decker) tourist to tour the city and walks. We passed the house where Shakespeare was born, before several famous theaters, the cottage of Anne Hathaway (Shakespeare's wife) and several other attractions and historic sites. Little time

general culture: Did you
where does the word salary? It is because in the past, workers were partly paid in salt, because of its high market value and it was also important in the life of every day, because it allowed to keep fish and meat in good condition longer. The etymology of the word salary comes from Latin and thus the entire history of the word.

After our bus ride, we took a lunch break in a park along the Stratford Canal (where parties are dozens of boats of all sizes in the direction of Dunkirk to rescue the English and Canadian troops during the early World War II). A local tradition is to paint his boat in a very colorful which gives a colorful landscape yard.

After this visit by boat we went to Warwick, 15 minutes from Stratford to visit Warwick Castle, which is continually refurbished to maintain his prestige. Inside, the rooms have been reconstructed according to their function. We could see the church, the dining room, the armory.

Wedding Card For Gay Couple

First day of cultural visits. After a full English breakfast prepared by the cook international Réjean Painchaud, we visited the medieval town of Ludlow. In this city, there is a castle dating from the eleventh century. Particularly in ruins, but was still able to imagine the structure of the time. The ruins remained the chapel, the keep, the exterior and interior walls and various small rooms, as the stable or very narrow stairs that give you dizzy because they were built in a spiral. After that, we headed towards Clun to see the ruins of another castle, meanwhile, was hardly anything. This castle was built atop a very steep hill, all in the middle of a valley. The surrounding landscape adding a touch of beauty to this postcard view.
To end the day we went to visit Bishop's Castle. Unfortunately, we did not find what we wanted.
