Can I Run Simcity 4 From My Hard Disk

Long Fin Killie - Houdini

.
Let's get on with the Houdini, not the famous prestidigateur, but the first album Long Fin Killie, spent somewhat unnoticed at the time of its release (1995). It was after seeing them in concert the following year (one of the best I've seen) that I am persuaded by their ability to surprise. I just also say that this album had its place on this blog. The music of the Long Fin Killie is quite unusual in the image of her black Scottish singer Luke Sutherland. A poetic blend of African influences, pop and sometimes very nervous white (too) sharp in 'My Bloody Valentine' and a tear Irish-Scottish music! A melting sound of choice, but thick and dense in texture and rich color. Rhythms that can paraîtrent wobbly but still caught and supported by moods celtico harmonic-dub! Over time (not that everything goes) some songs like '(a) man ray', 'how i blew It With Houdini', 'Montgomery' or 'corngold' emerge clearly from all at I think they are the quietest and most loans to listen. In 3 albums and a few EP, the Long Fin Killie will not survive the 2000s. Bows that remains today, the project solo Luke Sutherland. Which ultimately prefer to concentrate on writing a book he recently finished writing, entitled 'Jelly Roll' ... What a journey!
